We are the CUPE Manitoba Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and Child Care Assistants (CCAs) caring for Manitoba’s children. Working in non-profit and community-based centres from Brandon to Winnipeg and right across the province, we are the friendly, familiar faces your kids look forward to seeing every day. We aren't just workers; we are your neighbours, and we are the essential foundation that allows Manitoba families to go to work and thrive.
